About the movie
The 200 paints an event that happen some time ago. Thememory is still fresh in the mind
of many . Some part of the country live base on idiology, and the idiology in return harm many.
In some part of Nigeria many parents circumcise their daughters. Scientifically, it is called Female Genital Mutilation.
The Female genital mutilation involves the partial or total removal of the external female
genitalia for non- medical reasons. It has no health benefits and often irreparably
harms girls and women.
The World Health Organization estimates that between 100 and 140 million girls and women
worldwide have been subjected to female genital mutilation.
There are an estimated 3 million girls in Africa at risk of undergoing female genital mutilation every
year.
Whitney, a us citizen must help to bring change thats needed, but what happens when her fate is
shattered?
